How Horus handles your data
A plain description of what the forms on this site collect and how we handle email. This is a draft, and it hasn’t had a legal review yet.
What we collect
The walkthrough request and Horus Home waitlist forms on this site collect what you type into them — your name, email address, association details and any notes you add — plus your IP address and a submission timestamp, used only to catch automated spam.
How email is handled
Email to and from @horus.farm, including the confirmation and notification emails these forms send, is processed by Resend (resend.com) in Resend's EU region (Ireland, eu-west-1). We don't run this through a separate marketing or mailing-list platform.
Who sees it
Submissions go to Horus's own team inbox and admin portal. We don't sell, rent or share this data with anyone else, and we don't use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep walkthrough requests and waitlist signups for as long as they're useful for following up with you, and remove them on request. Sent and received email is retained for as long as our Resend account holds it.
